Online survey to win one (1) of five (5) $500 Tarocash gift cards

GAME OF SKILL PRIZE DRAW PROMOTION - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    The Promoter is Tarocash Pty Ltd (ABN: 83 003 218 219), 55 Mentmore Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018.

2.    Promotion Period: The Promotion opens at 9:00am Monday 17 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm Monday 24 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3.    Eligibility: Entry is open to recipients of the Tarocash customer database email invitation currently living in Australia. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

4.    How to Enter: To enter, eligible participants must: a) Complete the Tarocash customer survey, and b) On the prize draw landing page, provide a written response (25 words or less) to “How can Tarocash be improved?”, and c) Provide their contact details (name and email address) on the prize draw entry form.

5.    Judging Criteria: Eligible entries will be reviewed by a panel appointed by the Promoter. The five (5) most creative and insightful suggestions, as determined by the panel in its sole discretion, will win.

6.    Nature of Promotion: This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged on creativity, clarity and originality of the suggestion.

7.    Prize Details: There are five (5) prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) AUD $500 Tarocash gift card. Gift cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue, redeemable in-store or online, and not transferable or exchangeable. Total prize pool = AUD $2,500.

8.    Prize Judging: Judging will take place at Tarocash head office on Monday 1 December 2025. Judging will be conducted by representatives of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.    Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email using the details provided. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter may award the prize to the next-best judged entry.

10.    Use of Personal Information: Personal details collected for the Promotion will be used solely for prize administration and will not be linked to survey responses. Entry details become the property of the Promoter.

11.    Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries; technical malfunctions; communication failures; or any loss or damage suffered by entrants except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

12.    Legal Requirements: This promotion is conducted as a trade promotion game of skill.

13.    Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
