Delivery within Australia: We use Team Global Express (TGE) for all our deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note your tracking number may not be traceable for up to 4 hours. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Other International Destinations (UK)
Tarocash charges a flat rate of $30.00 for standard delivery to the UK.
Please note that, in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a 'gift' for export purposes, even if it is the customer intention.
Please check your local duties or custom tariffs as they will vary country to country. The customer is liable for any costs incurred by the destination country customs authorities.
Delivery Delays: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience delivery delays of up to 5-10 business days due to unforeseen postal issues. While most orders will arrive earlier, we always want to be upfront about what to expect.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s website. You can also track your order on our website using your order number, billing last name and email address.
If you miss your delivery, check your tracking link or use our Track My Order feature for the latest update. If your parcel is delayed, missing or hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll lodge an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
