Wrap your product in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Attach your returns label and post it back to our returns address below with proof of purchase included.

Take your order into any store with your invoice, ensure garment is unworn & tag is still attached.
If you have purchased your products in store (Australia and New Zealand), our online store is unable to accept your items back for an exchange or refund. Our online store is unable to access in store transactions. NZ returns can take up to 21 days to be processed.
Returns Policy:
We are happy to provide a full refund, exchange or store credit for change of mind purchases, provided you have a proof of purchase, the swing ticket is still attached to the garment and goods have not been worn.
For a change of mind purchase, in the event of having no receipt and/or missing swing ticket, we will happily provide an exchange or store credit, provided the garments have not been washed or worn.
Any garments altered are not entitled to a refund or exchange due to being non re-sellable.
If a garment is deemed faulty (and not due to fair wear and tear) and provided you have proof of purchase, you are entitled to choose between a refund, exchange, or gift card.
Donations are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers and store credit cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, so please take care.
