Dressed head to toe in Tarocash, Sam is embarking on a series of unforgettable dates, to make sure that his unlucky love streak is done for good. It’s time to show The Bachelor who’s boss. A suit may not be the go-to choice for a first date, but Sam wanted to go all out and arrive with a bang!

They're Always Up To Something!

Sam’s first date was certainly a memorable one. The first lucky lady of the week was Sarah, or Sandra as Sam accidentally called her on the air this morning. Not the best start Sam!

The date saw them both ‘dining in the dark’, and if that wasn’t hard enough for poor Sam trying to make a good first impression, it was dinner with chopsticks! Let’s hope he didn’t get anything down his new suit.

After some awkward silences, Sam got into the swing of things and the conversation started to roll. Discussing what they look for in a date, Sam quickly responded ‘I go for blondes’ to then find out Sarah had recently dyed her hair back to brunette. Oh dear Sam. Let’s hope tomorrow’s date goes better!

As if a blind date wasn’t intimidating enough, imagine walking in and seeing Jase sitting there half-naked as the live portrait model you’re about to draw! They’ve really stitched you up here Sam! While Jase tried to look his best for the drawing, Sam tried to keep a straight face and attempted to impress his date. The conversation soon turned to how unlucky in love Sam hasn’t been on a successful date in several years and he’s not sure why. He hopes that being dressed head to toe in Tarocash will help change things. And it appeared to work, with Jasmine hinting about a second date, specifically asking if he will be dressed in Tarocash the next time they meet. We’ve got your back Sam!

Feeling hot under the collar with what sounded like a sure win, Sam seemed a little uncertain when recapping on his date this morning, ‘She would eat me alive!’. Well don’t worry Sam, there’s a few more dates to go.

Ever gone to yoga on a first date? Can’t say we have, but Jase and PJ really pushed the ‘Suit-Or’ to his limits with this one. Luckily, we kitted him out in the Lance Suit, nicknamed the ‘action suit’ for its super stretch qualities after we put it to the ultimate test last when Locky Gilbert jumped out of a helicopter wearing the suit. But move over The Bachelor, there’s a new guy in town.

The date started well and they were having lots of fun, especially when it was time for the downward dog position, which saw a few giggles from both Sam and Emily. Then Sam really hit the ground running and

asked ‘do you want kids and how many?’, which left Emily speechless. Maybe stick to the more light hearted conversations for a first date Sam!

Tomorrow is the final date and Sam’s last chance at love, let’s hope it goes well!

As if Sam hadn’t had enough awkward moments on his series of dates throughout the week, his fourth date saw Kimberly bring her dad along to the date, Mark or ‘dad’ as he humorously told Sam to call him! The date saw some very awkward conversations, Sam was trying his best to impress but saw failure when trying to pronounce the ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ wine. Just ‘red’ or ‘white’ to you is it, Sam? More conversation starters followed, ‘do you like butter’ being one. Oh come on Sam, we thought you would have been better at this by now! It was then Dad Mark’s turn to quiz Sam, asking whether he had ever cheated on a partner, which soon left Sam feeling hot under the collar, like most of his dates this week!

Tomorrow Sam must pick his favourite girl of the week for one final date but knowing Jase & PJ there is sure to be a twist. Tune into Jase & PJ in the morning on KIIS 101.1 to find out what happens.  

Sam's final date saw him have the choice of the 4 lucky ladies that he went on dates with throughout the week, to take for an overnight stay at the Langham hotel - dinner and romantic massage included! Very fancy for Sam.

But as predicted there was a twist up Jase and Pj's sleeve. Sam's date had the choice whether to stick with Sam or take a mate instead, who will she choose?
