 No personal information information will be transported outside of Australia without your express consent.
[ Catherine, just a point of clarification. We do not send personal data overseas. However, we do have stores in New Zealand and collect information from NZ customers. ie Information comes to Australia from NZ, but stores in NZ do not have access to this info and we do not supply individual customer details to any of our stores.]


Security of your information
If you are provided with a user ID password or any other piece of information as part of our security measures, you must treat such information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any other person. We have the right to disable any user ID or password and your right of access to the Website at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this policy

To do this, simply re-enter your details on the gift voucher entry form which appears on our website Any new or updated information recorded against your email address will override any previous information..

If you would like to know what information we currently hold about you please contact our privacy manager. However, to protect the confidentiality of your details, we may require some proof of identity in advance. If we deny access to your personal information, we will tell you why

Information deletion
Tarocash will securely destroy any information no longer required. This may include any details about you that are found to be incorrect or unuseable. However, some details gained during a promotional period may be retained after that period for communication or data analysis purposes. If so, this will be detailed in the terms and conditions of the promotion. If you would like us to destroy all information held about you we will do so upon request.
